high quality chocolates. An absolute tour de force. In 2002 Pol Depla
took a patent on the proces he had developed and the Choc Fleur has
since been an exclusivity of Chocolatier Depla. Only selected and organically
grown flowers from local florists are used in this delicacy. At exactly the
right time, the most colourful violets which are in pristine condition are
handpicked with extreme care and immediately processed. Because of these high
requirements, the production of the Choc Fleur is dependable on the
availability and the quality of the violets.
