After a demo or a workshop by Pol Depla, the enchanting world of chocolate keeps no secrets from you anymore. In the demo-workshop you will be initiated in the mysteries of the cocoa bean and you'll witness how quality chocolate is tempered till it shrinks, shines and snaps. You'll learn how chocolates are moulded, filled, closed and tapped out of the moulds. The characteristics of different kinds of chocolate will be explained and all your questions are provided with an answer. And because the proof of the chocolate is in the tasting, we close off with a tasting of a selection of high quality handcrafted chocolates.
